Speaker:     Chester Wisniewski - Principal Research Scientist with SOPHOS

       Chester is currently in the Office of the CTO at SOPHOS; he actively participates in research, public speaking and writing with a focus on communicating the complexities of security to the press and public in terms his audience can relate to. Chester has spoken numerous major international events (RSA, InfoSec Europe, LISA, USENIX, Virus Bulletin, in addition to many Security BSides events) and also regularly consults with NPR, CNN, CBC and The New York Times, as well as other major media outlets.

Speaker:     Skip Henk - President/CEO at Xplor International

       Skip will be sharing valuable information pertaining to customer-focused roles in your organization, such as the CSR and Sales personnel. He will address the benefits of an effective customer communication strategy and promoting customer interaction, to create and maintain meaningful ongoing relationships. This session will focus on current CCM trends, the attributes of a meaningful customer experience, and the impact it can have on an organization.

Dennis leads the business effort at Crawford Technologies providing automated transcription, remediation and service bureau accessible document solutions. Dennis has worked in executive roles in large PSPs, as well as the Canadian Federal Government and at Xerox Canada. He will address software solutions and services that help enterprises optimize and improve the secure and accessible delivery, storage and presentation of their customer communications.
